Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants 2018

For the second consecutive year, Maido has been voted No.1 in the list of Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna. Led by chef-owner Mitsuharu ‘Micha’ Tsumura, Maido is a space where visitors can experience Nikkei cuisine, a fusion of Peruvian and Japanese flavours that delights diners from across the world.

The sixth annual Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants awards ceremony, which celebrates the best-in-class of Latin American gastronomy, was held on Tuesday 30 October at the Ágora events center in Bogotá, Colombia, with the attendance of chefs, restaurateurs, sommeliers, international influencers, journalists and gourmands.
