Regent Warsaw Hotel is honored to be a partner and an official hotel of the 17th International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw. For almost 90 years the world-renowned Piano Competition has been attracting talented artists from all over the globe. Chopin’s compositions to this day enjoy popularity and recognition afforded by virtually no other composer.

Inspired by the culinary biography of Chopin and his music, we have crafted a masterpiece menu just for the occasion: homely cooking heritage of Żelazowa Wola – Chopin’s birthplace, traditional Polish cuisine and flavours of 19th century Paris.
